You gotta look at bringing someone else in before the trade deadline on Tuesday

we aren’t gonna face Danny DeVito every week and win 13-10

It’s time to find a QB and not pray for miracles

It seems to depend on the opponent’s defense. If they are average he might put up some average or slightly above numbers. However if they have a good defense and an average offensive we are done.

To take a sack on a 4th quarter 4th down must-convert attempt was about the truest representation of ZW this season. The ONLY time you HAVE to take a chance and throw the ball up somewhare inbounds near a receiver, no matter the probability of an INT, and he executes the worst possible thing he can, which is gift the other team the ball and 20 yards of better field position.

On the other hand, these kinda wins make you a better winner. Moral victories, especially the ones where you beat yourself, make you a better loser. The next win won't be so close

Contrary to Zach Wilson, the Cha Cha is underrated.

Well here's the thing... Trevor Semian does not make those throws at the end of today's game to get us to overtime.

BUT with him at the helm today, we're probably up by 10 at that point of today's game.

Kinda funny watching Salehs responses about Wilson, like a deer in headlights, he can't even sell that he's has any confidence in him.

Salehs story will be written next season, if Rodgers comes back, see what Jet games are like, with a competent QB

Tell your Mormon friend that Wilson lobbed it to the planet Kolob when it counted.

In his NFL debut, Will Levis had a better game than Zach has had in his career. In fact, we should have a tracker for the number of games each week that another team's QB has a better game than Zach has had in his career.

We need to tell Zach we are down by 20 at the start of the ga.e and bring back the K-Gun offense. Dear I say Z- Gun?

So? I mean this was not some scrub performance, it was a pretty amazing one. It's not like anyone was calling for us to draft him.

My point is that while I get using Zach as a backup (though I disagree with it and think we should have brought in someone like Wentz), there's as little hope as you can ever have with a QB that Zach becomes a franchise guy because he's never even flashed in the NFL. Even guys who weren't first rounders and guys who turn out to be busts (and who knows what Levis will become) have games where they look great. Sanchez, Geno, and Sam all did. But with Zach, every game is either a disasterclass, or he's just competent enough to get a win.

I was so disgusted by Zach taking that sack near the end of the 4th qtr. I turned it off. This was "old" Zach - holding onto the ball too long; not taking care of it and fumbling; running out the pocket and getting sacked. Yes, the Giant's D had a lot to do with this, and the decimated OL, but these are mistakes a decent QB doesn't make, especially getting sacked on 4th down inside your own 20, where a chip shot FG seals the deal for the other team.

But then, while I was out shopping with my wife he engineers a tying FG after the Giant's kicker misses the chip shot (I bet he's cut already), and then wins it in OT!

So what do I think? This was a game that Zach should've made a statement, instead he still struggling to get to mediocre. Yes, the weather was bad, the Giants D played really well, the OL was decimated and wasn't playing all that well before the injuries, and his receivers dropped some balls. and Hackett couldn't seem to find the right plays to dial up. Yes, all of that. But I kept thinking that a decent QB still puts the Jets up a couple of scores, and at the same time knowing that Zach wasn't going to do that. Bottom line: I'll give him a bit more rope because of the mitigating factors of this game, but he's nearing the end of it.
