DITK selects T Jonathan Ogden Baltimore Ravens

Most dominant NFL OT today. 8 pro bowls in 10 seasons and counting. Excellent run and pass blocker who is the perfect guy to anchor your team at LT.

DITK selects MLB Bill George Chicago Bears

Known as an amazing strategist and thinker which makes him perfect for calling out defensive plays and moving guys around at the line. Might have been the first NG in a 5-2 to move into the MLB spot. 8 time pro bowler who is a perfect leader for my defense.

I select LT Ron Mix to build my line.
During his 10 years with the Chargers he was assessed for only two holding penalties. He was an All-AFL selection eight times as a tackle and once as a guard, and played in eight AFL All-Star games and five of the first six AFL title games. He was unanimously chosen for the AFL's all-time team in 1969.

I select 6'7", 270 pound defensive tackle Buck Buchanan.

He was an imposing figure who was big, strong, and fast. He could run sideline to sideline to make a tackle. Buchanan was adept at batting down passes.

He also fits for me because Lilly played left DT and Buchanan played right DT.

I'll take ballhawking safety Paul Krause. NFL Interceptions leader if I'm not mistaking and the leader of the Purple People Eaters defense if I'm not mistake.
