I guess that depends on how heavily you rate being inducted into the HOF. Sapp will always have somewhere to work unless he kills somebody or gets caught in a hotel room with LT and an underage hooker. Kyle Brady is a financial advisor and uses his brain so he will probably end up more successful in the private sector, but he played for the Patriots so I hope he gets bitten by a dog with rabies.
He was by far the least comprehensible member of that staff, couldn't stand him, his opinions were usually useless and uneducated too for a HoF player. Glad he got fired, sorry that it had to come at the expense of another human being beaten, whatever style of life they live or were forced to live. Sapp always seemed like a scum and this wasn't his first offense in the abuse department. Edit - if guilty** still glad he got fired though.

I like Irvin. When he settles down he actually makes some interesting points and sticks to his picks. Sometimes his energy is over the top but he helps the rest of the cast wake up. He and Deion click well too. If you guys want a straightforward serious broadcast of NFL coverage go watch boring ESPN Sunday NFL Countdown.
