    It's pretty fair to have mods pick first:

    A)They are always on the site and will show the work a lot
    B) They are helping maintain the site for free

    This is my first year on TGG and I was just wondering how this works? I understand veteran guys get first dibs, absolutely seems fair, but what I was wondering is how do we go about picking? I'm fairly new so I'd prolly be at the bottom, but I'd love to adopt a Jet if there's someone for me.

    Also, does it just entail me having the guy as my sig, or are there other things you do.

    This is basically the production model, yes. I might do some minor stuff along the way, a version 1.0.1 patch if you will, but only subtleties.

    And Dirty, even cutting off at 500 posts and 6 months, I'm willing to bet that every Jet on the roster, and a decent amount of staff get gobbled up this season, I would expect to wait a season if I were you.

    You just wear the sig, thats all. But the rule is, if you claim one, you wear it until the end of the 2010 season.

    I had Mangold 2 seasons ago...my post count was in the 1k range.

    Last season I had Richardson...

    ... this year I wanted GQ but Scikotics scummed me...
