https://www.espn.com/blog/new-york-...am-darnold-decision-should-they-shut-him-down Good read about how Gase thinks he can still salvage his job with jets. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
It is obvious CJ got scammed with Gase’s x and o talk! I bet he talks good game. From what I have seen watching Jets last 2 years, we have the worst offense in Jets history. All of the Gase genius talk doesn’t translate. I don’t buy the lack of talent or injury bs. If Reid was coach here, we would be probably .500 this year. As he has proven out, Gase is worst head coach in NFL. Lacks the skill to be a leader of men, and not innovative to get most out of team. He picks his guys, and makes sure if not, you are gone, setting them up for failure. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
If hes gonna get fired in season this is the week i had circled. 0-11, Get swept & basically passed by,by your former team who you obviously badmouthed to get job w Jets? Definitely plausible.
I mean if a bye week at 0-9 didn’t do it I don’t think anything will. The only thing I could see happening is Chris Johnson or Woody Johnson by proxy being so embarrassed by the fact that Matt Patricia was fired yet more people were talking about how Adam Gase is still employed, that they make a move to calm the masses.
All true.Bare in mind i circled that date under the original assumed schedule in which we’d have a home & home w Miami w the bye in between. Losing both those games to his former team w the extra week to prep seemed pretty damning in theory
I'm circling every date they have a remaining game, but I'm still not convinced he'll be fired even after the last one. The sooner he's fired, the sooner the REAL rebuild can happen.
and the POS lied his face off about it. i despise this sociopathic loser of a head coach. he is officially the worst ever in my days.
Today our offense was horrible, lots of Gore, and aside from couple of nice throws and catches, this offense was unprepared, mistake prone, and looked desperate. And the more desperate the worse they were. The end of half play-calling was just inexcusable! Gase has proven over and over again he is terrible! And has gotten too many chances already. Should be out the league with his results so far, with Miami and here. I cannot fathom why he is still on Jets sidelines. It is obvious to even the most novice fan he can’t coach! i cant understand what hes even trying to accomplish by lying. Is he trying to make Loggains the fall guy for the poor playcalling? Even if thats the case, he does himself no favors by admitting he directs the 2 min/situational which up to this stage wouldnt fly at lower Level Vermont High school JV ball.
If that's the way it's been done for the last four games isn't that a good reason not to do it that way? Or the way they did it the seven before that?
the whole let loggains call the plays thing was a ruse to show see its not MY playcalling its that this team has no talent. but then the team came out and actually looked like it had a little bit of life. im very confident he called the plays last week as well. its all about shifting blame and making it look like things arent his fault. He got caught up in the lie and didnt expect it. he backpedalled and still looked like an asshole. i am SURE that dowell loggains got his ass chewed last night for this whole situation. it wouldnt surprise me if he gets demoted or let go if gase has that power at this point.
It's a terrible day here in New York...why don't Johnson & Johnson turn on their weather machine and let the sun shine....all they gotta do is fire this loser!!
Lying his fucking arse right off. ?He is a dead man walking and will not be back in the NFL after this gig.
Everyone said this in 2018 too. Luckily for Gase, the worst run organization in professional sports happens to be in the NFL.
You are 100% correct about that end of the half play calling. I haven't backed through the thread so I don't know if anyone was screaming about it, but I couldn't believe it. We had the ball at midfield with two timeouts and 1:57 on the clock ... basically an ETERNITY, if you know what you're doing ... and Mr. Field Goal managed to playcall us into a position where we never took a shot into the end zone, nor could we call a run play to convert that 4th down if we wanted to. AND the offense actually did a good job executing was was given to them. That's the amazing part.
