I mean the past two years they’ve lost as home favorites. There’s really only one scenario/one game this year where they won’t be home favorites in the playoffs and that’s a AFC Championship game at Arrowhead against the Chiefs. So yeah if they lose again before the AFC Championship game it’s a choke job.
Yep. The Bills were also loaded with talent the past few seasons too. Hence why they were the favorites to win it all in 2022. The Ravens and Bengals over the past few years have been closer to the Super Bowl than the Bills have gotten in the last 30 years. The talent and QB has not been the difference. It has been the head coach. If the Bills had a good head coach they would have won a title and be a team everyone is scared to play. Instead they haven't won anything, have choked in the playoffs, and just look unprepared when it matters most.
Thats the minimum. Anything less than an AFC championship would be a let down. The Bills at home are better than the Steelers and Ravens. It would be funny to watch them go one and done against the Broncos or Chargers. Surely that wouldn't happen though.
The Broncos with a rookie QB aren’t going in there and winning a game but I can definitely see the Chargers doing so with veteran Herbert, a good defense and an elite head coach.
I wouldn't think so either but either matchup the Bills will be going into the game with the inferior head coach. Matter of fact the only matchup where they wouldnt be would be against the Texans. Tomlin, Reid, Harbaugh, Harbaugh and Payton are all vastly better than McDermott at coaching. He is the Bills weak link.
