I'm just trying to be realistic. I prefer Rodgers over the other options too. I just don't want to cripple our future at the long shot of winning a Super Bowl with Aaron Rodgers In a very small window on this team. I agree, I would love to just get Into the playoffs, but I don't want to be every other teams shit stain for the next 10+ years after he's gone either. If the compensation makes sense, go for It. I'm all for It and It does give us the best shot of getting there next season.

I just don't think he would've been enough to get us there last year with all the other variables for this team at play, including coaching.

No drugs necessary just basic football acumen.

    2 Pats games
    Vikings game
    2nd Bills game
    Lions game
    Jags plus 2nd Dolphins game.

Easy wins with a stud Like Rodgers.

Agreed. I'm not sure why he is pushing this terrible narrative.

Can we be real here? Garrett Wilson has a shot at Rookie of the Year. Chase and Diggs are consistent all pros

I worry about a sophomore slump with Wilson as they start to key on him. He did benefit from being a rookie. When teams play Cincy or Buffalo they put everything they have into stopping Diggs and Chase. (And they still produce)
Wilson hasn’t gotten that treatment yet but he will and he will have to adjust to that. Maybe he can, we will see

    Hahahahahahahaha hahahah wow!

He's the only decent receiver we had and other teams were all over him. You have to be kidding me. Too much coal dust.

Wilson got plenty of attention by the Ds. Principally because the rest of our WRs and our QB were not considered much of a threat sad to say.

The thing is a year ago everyone was gushing about Elijah Moore to the same level they are with Garrett Wilson this year

being the best player on a bad team doesn’t make you one of the best players in the game

Getting back to the QB carrousel, we will know soon if Carr is in the running. I thing Feb 12 is a hard ass date, and if he is still a Raider, his contract is fully guaranteed. Thus any moves for Carr will occur prior to that.

No one was talking about Moore in the same light as Wilson. Keep swinging and missing. Wow.

I voted undecided. Woody Johnson knows he has to do something to put asses in seats so he may just go for Rogers.

Got rid of my season tickets. Will miss the Tailgate.

Keep deflecting because your argument Isn't good, Fella. My points make sense. Deflect away though.

It's Indica. BTW. That's the sleepy strain. Knocks me out. Sativa gives me too much anxiety. The more energetic strain. I do a hybrid. Best of both worlds.

I did smile at your comment, however, but I would be willing to bet. Reading between our two posts, most would think you were the one taking drugs with some of your opinions and stances you have.

I could be wrong though. It happens more than I would like after-all.

This was light hearted. Just to be clear, no Ill will towards you at all. I'm hoping you appreciate the sarcasm.

I wouldn't worry about this. Teams were literally key'd In on him for the last handful of games and he still found ways to produce. It's already happened, he showed he can overcome those odds. He literally was the offense at the end of the year. This Is a non issue to me.

“Oh man next year is really going to suck with Aaron Rodgers playing quarterback.”

    -said no one ever.

I do fully understand the long term windfall it could cause for the franchise but still. We get at least a year and a half of excitement including off-season if he comes here.

It’s also much different than Favre because Favre obviously wanted to go to Minnesota right away. Favre also played a style in an era where his body got beaten to shit. Rodgers, like Brady has always hated getting hit and got rid of the ball quickly his entire career so he didn’t get hit to preserve himself.

We’re not going to win a SB and it probably won’t work out well for the franchise but sheesh. It should be fun if we get him, guys.
