SF was never interested in Revis. there's reports that they are interested in Sean Smith and Ed Reed may also be heading to SF.
Sean seemed so up and down in Miami. One week he looked like a shutdown corner with tremendous size and the next week he would be schooled. Maybe in a different scheme that uses a more physical style would cement him as a top flight corner.
