I'd go D'Brick and Vernon Davis. However, I'd like to accumulate picks, trading down from #4 twice and going with Justice over D'Brick.

I think it has to be Brickshaw and LenDale White. I would really love to see those two players with a white and green jersey.

I go with this combination. Then I start off the second round with O-line.

Went for Culter and Justice, because after #4 D-Brick will be G-O-N-E Gone.

I think a lot of people are being unrealistic about Vernon Davis being there at #9. No way he makes it past SF at #6.

We should trade down from 9 to 13-15 range and take Justice. RT is a huge need.

Guys, look at some of the people on our line over the last few years:

Fabini: 4th round pick. Was solid for years
Mawae: 2nd round pick by Seattle. A Pro Bowl mainstay.
Moore: Undrafted Free Agent. Developing into solid guard
Jones: 4th round pick. Developing into solid tackle
McKenzie: 3rd round pick. Was solid tackle before leaving via free agency
Thomas: 2nd round pick. Awesome guard before leaving for free agency.

The point: WE DON'T NEED TO SPEND A 4TH OVERALL PICK ON AN O-TACKLE LIKE DBRICK. We can find tremendous value in the 2nd through 5th rounds. Let's spend the 4th pick on an impact player or an area of greater need. I'd rather get a guy in free agency (this Atlanta kid) than use our 4th on the o-line.

If we got the 2 Williams I'd be jumping for joy. Mario is an animal and for all the 3-4 freaks he'd be a perfect end in the 3-4 transition NEXT YEAR.

Deangelo is also a top notch RB that should be an 1,000 yard rusher instantly if we can sign Shaffer and pick up Mangold or Gilles in the second.

B'Brick at 4 and Vernon at 9(Assuming we get it). :shit:
D'Brick is one of those rare linemen. Use him to protect penny's blind side. Vernon Jones is an absolute beast. Speed of a WR and size of a TE. Too special to pass up. I would HATE to get mario williams. We are trading away abraham, one of the best D linemans in the league for a rookie to act as his replacement. Instead of drafting mario we could always just keep abraham...

D'Brick & Vernon Davis (1st round), Nick Mangold (2nd Round), Brian Calhoun (3rd round)

    Why dont you like McGinest?
Older player asking for a lot of money? I see that point of view, but he is the PERFECT fit for a 3-4, and works in a 4-3 as well. And you never know, he might sign for less with Mangini

Vernon Davis and Deangelo Williams. Can you say explosive offensive nucleus?

Which is why we'd need to trade down if we made this deal. Get some extra draft picks. This is a very deep draft in O-linemen. As long as DeAngelo Williams is one of the first picks, I'm happy.

If we stay at 4 and 9, I don't take a QB at 4. We have to give Chad a chance, and then take a QB like Croyle, Jacobs, or Whitehurst to groom in case Chad doesn't work out. If one of the 3 QBs slips to 9, taking him wouldn't be the worst idea in the world.

if we get those two picks we have to take dbrick at one. two top tens can fill a lot of needs, that would really be great no matter who we pick
