    What would you have done different? I had no problem with him letting a guy like Soriano try and get out of the inning.

    Soriano shouldn't have been in the game to begin with. You have a four run lead, they haven't done anything offensively, and Soriano just pitched last night. Robertson should have obviously started the inning.

    That I agree with. I don't understand why he went with Soriano again with a 4 run lead.

    We somehow went from a win with Soriano and Rivera rested for tomorrow to a loss with Soriano and Rivera unavailable tomorrow.

    At least there weren't many people in the Stadium to see this debacle.

    I agree with the general sentiment, but I wouldn't underestimate Torre's ability to fuck things up.

    Girardi is going to burn out Soriano before the All-Star break. Good to see him rebound with a 10 pitch inning.

    I know the Orioles and Blue Jays are winning right now, but its nice to be 4 games up on the Red Sox no matter what time of the year it is. Hopefully they can take 2 of 3 at Fenway to get a 5 game edge out of the gate.
