All of you making jokes are sick, and need to reevaluate your pathetic own lives. This is not the time or place for idiocy. Four men are most likely (hope to God not) gone, and all we can do is use them for laughs? Pathetic. I'm reminded why this place has gone to complete shit since 2005, way too many idiots running around.

    You are confused.

We are all hoping and praying for the best. That does not mean that we have to be 10 feet under in a deep depression.

We are all hoping for a safe return to the NFL field for these guys.

There was not any disrespect meant towards the urgency of the situation, just because a poster happened to come up with a great line.

So calm down and go have a beer.

Dam.... I was hoping for a miracle but I knew when I read the story these guys weren't coming back. Drowning and dying in a plane crash have got to be the 2 worst ways to go. RIP

Now I'm no boating expert but I'd imagine a 21 foot boat 50 miles out in the ocean isn't exactly a good idea especially in bad weather.

They should have never left the dock, and if they're dead, they died of stupidity. I hate to sound cold, but it's the truth....

You can't take a vessel that small{21 feet}, some 50 miles off coast, into declining bad weather, and expect positive results. I truly hope they're alive, I do, {because I don't wish death / harm upon anyone} but I sincerely doubt it now. They've been missing for days, and there has been no sign of the boat anywhere. That's not good news considering it was only a 21 foot vessel...

I've fished / boated my entire life, and you couldn't pay me to go 50 miles off coast in a boat that small. I rarely go further than 20 miles out, and that's in a 35 footer as well. These guys obviously had no idea what they were doing, and had they been thinking wisely, they would have never left the dock....
