After the Pats destroyed the Bolts I actually feel a little better about the Jets chances. What a difference a week makes. We Played the Ravens well in the 4th. KC looked good when he had time to throw. Jones was finding more holes in the Line. The 4th Quarter was mostly positive if you disreguard the dropped passes near the end zone. 3 and 2? Maybe, you still have to play the games, but I feel we can take any one of them.
Thank you for that refreshingly optimistic feel for the early season. I am tired of nothing but negative all the time. The fact is that we ARE a young team and it is only going to go up from here.
Are you going to Vegas to bet your house on it? If you do not own a house are you going to bet the stocks & bonds you own on it? If you do not own stocks/bonds are you going to bet your bank accounts on it? If you do have bank accounts/stocks/bonds/house what assets are you prepared to put up to back up your allegation?
If the odds are right, I will throw some cash against it. Are you prepared to do the same if they won't win the next 3?
Let's get to 1-2, first. It is nice to see optimism, but too often we get ahead of ourselves. We need a win (for a whole lot of reasons) next week. I'll worry about Buffalo and the Giants after we yake care of business against the Dolphins.
