that would only work if you: (i) hired a coach with experience and a winning record; and (ii) changed the QB to a true franchise QB (which the Jets have (arguably) never had).
I see you guys didn't get the memo.. Keep your CS bitching out of this game thread.. Its bad enough already without the whining.
You have to be a realist here. This is a restart season I would be surprised to see a a lot of wins. Need to see progress
Good news I am about to be the new starting RB - don't let the fact I am overweight and old fool you - once I get a head of steam up I will be tough to bring down.
Unlike previous Jets coaches, he seems to get genuinely pissed about all the stupid mistakes and demand accountability. That being said, the stupid mistakes continue to happen under his coaching.
Nope the odds of Jets developing a franchise coach is the odds of them hiring the right coach, Sanchez, Zack Wilson, Darnold and Hackenberg say hello.
come on boys lets shake it off and come back with an inspiring drive and at least make this a 1 score game!
The sad thing is that draft I was glad we went with Darnold over Allen and early on that looked like the right call
There is absolutely zero chance whatsoever, not even a glimmer of a hope of a chance, that the Jets would have developed him - he would be exactly where Darnold is.
JSMH... As far as I'm concerned, this game is over. The team isn't built to overcome double digits. Doesn't matter that there's 3 and half quarters to play. As far as I'm concerned, I'm more interested in what Moog does Monday and AG does on Tuesday. Clemmons has DEFINITELY earned his walking papers. What's the cap impact, if any? They need to get the running game going.
