agree. How they came out was going to be telling to me if the firing was the right move. If guys came out like hair on fire it would have shown he had lost them and change was necessary and right move. We needed a new voice and change of culture. Ulbrich was not going to bring that. The Jete should have made phone calls to Rex Ryan or Pete Carrol and kept Ulbrich at defensive coordinator. Ulbrich has been there to long to suddenly put a new face on and change the culture Saleh established.
