Killer defense even without our two starting CB's. After the Pats debacle who would have thought this team would be raised from the dead. Up here in New England they are in shock 1-5. Mac is looking like the old Zach and I love it. We have the talent to make a run for the playoffs. Looking forward to the rest of the season. Usually by now we would be talking about the draft. Put that on the back burner.
Thinking about the Jets holding the Eagles scoreless (missed FG aside) in the second half, and I'm suddenly remembering the overturned goal line stand at the start. Was probably a TD, but holy shit how does the NFL/FOX not have a camera angle to show it, particularly after a full commercial break review.
funny i was pissed that the schedule had me in disneyland vs a beatable Denver team and i wished it was Philly because I would rather miss that game. Boy am I glad I didnt miss this one live.

absolutely a GREAT win…we’ve NEVER beaten the Eagles…crazy that we’ve only ever played them 12 times but we’ve never beaten them. This was a great win Defense was lights out…that long first drive was killer, but man they came through and shut them down Crazy Would NOT have believed it especially with Sauce and Reed out…agreed that James played great … Whitehead almost had another pick on that last play…crazy good…JJ is really balling, of course Huff is having a year…Q is great…Quincy also…always going like a rocket ship…just such a great win And Zach…well Zach is improving…still can’t get the ball in the end zone (and that bullshit blindside block penalty on Lazard was total shit…he hit the guy square in the chest from what I saw)…but hey, over the last 3 games, while he may not be the reason we’ve won these last 2 games, he’s not the reason we’re losing, and that’s an improvement for him. I thought he played pretty well today, with just my first live watch…maybe his best game yet this year…seemed to make a bunch of good decisions, looking off DBs, I’ll have to rewatch but I didn’t cuss out a single bad play, so hey, that’s something! In all seriousness though, I am happy to see him playing better…if he keeps improving we’ll win a bunch of game…
They were very cocky with their game plan. They refused to establish the run and tested Jets secondary and we made them pay. Great win for this young team. Wins like this build character. 6 games down, 11 games to go. Hope can at least be at 9 wins before the last game of the season. A win in New England and in would be so sweet.
