2023 - Week 6: New York Jets vs Philadelphia Eagles (4:25 PM)

I agree but I think Philly may put up 40+ without our starting corners.

I was pretty optimistic yesterday , I am not feeling so good today.

 

Being home balances it out. I’m also sure that with the corners out we’re going to play our corners a mile off and make them go the length.


Al Woods should see a lot of run today and be active. We need big bodies to beat up on the interior next to Q. Not undersized edge rushers pretending to be defensive tackles.

 

You can throw up from concussions. Maybe the dumbass Jets training staff thought he ate some bad pasta or something.

 

I agree with this. For some reason it feels like the eagles will be flat and we will have a chance. Their defense is banged up so we should score more points. Plus we always play a lot better at home.
(But I also wont be to shocked if this is completely wrong.)

I'm kicking around VT, saw a few Jets hats as well as some Eagles hats. I physically bumped into someone wearing the latter and after the sorrys and pardon mes the guy sees my Jets earrings (I always wear them on game day) and goes, "DOMINATION!"

I went, "You like that? I have a whip in my car. It's a $1,000.00 an hour." He was so stunned, his mouth fell open and he cracked up. I was thinking on my feet.

Anyway, I think the Jets will hang around more than I'm FEELING, but still lose in an infuriating fashion by 10 pts the Eagles didn't earn helped by the paid fix refs. I mean, the Eagles are a story and the Jets are a mockery as the NFL $$$ narrative goes, am I right?

Lame, just realized this game in a 4:25 start. Worst game time when you have little kids.

 

The only thing worse than the second session games is being expected to lose in all of them.

Early games kind of suck though because you spend the rest of the day pissed off. At least we can watch the early games in peace like this.
