The thing that separates Wilson from the other busts we’ve had is exactly right there. He doesn’t look like he has a clue where the ball should go. He’s just looking for open receivers and his anticipation is trash because he doesn’t know. Darnold and Geno were both pretty decisive even though they were usually decisively wrong. Never throw late over the middle. Sheesh.
There are some things Joe Douglas does really well- and some things he does very poorly. Unfortunately the things he does very poorly are the offensive line and QB depth.
