I fucking hate Cole with all my fiber. He's the most overrated pitcher in the game. I never would have let him pitch to Devers. Boone is a fucking jackass too.
Devers is a top 3-5 hitter in baseball and will most likely be a HOFer if he stays healthy. He's just an amazing hitter, and honestly I think an underrated fielder. He's not great but he gets it done. That being said, has Cole gotten him out once in the past 2 years? I honestly can't recall it happening.
Devers is a great player. I'm not arguing that. I would have yanked Cole or pitched around him. Boone sucks .
I just need the stat guys to give me devers vs Cole dating back to the beginning of last year, including playoffs. I honestly don't think he's gotten him out more than once.

He owns Cole. I wanted Cole to walk him. But since he couldn't tie the game with one swing they decided to pitch to him. That k God you can't hit a 4 run homer with only 2 guys on. I had an argument with my son and nephew last night. I said Cole was a very good pitcher but he isn't great since they got rid of the spider tack. I said there were 5 guys I'd take over him: deGrom, Scherzer, Ohtani, Verlander and Gosolin. They said Ohtani only because he can smash and destroyed my Gosolin choice. But for this year I'd take Gosolin over Cole.
The low strikes on Judge are getting out of hand. Him talking to the ump for like 5 seconds was the longest I've seen him complain about a strike.
He’s so balanced at the plate. He also loves being a gold glove fielder, but only against the Yankees with the diving stop in the first. I’m not sure how Luetge is the guy you go to with the bases loaded and a full bullpen here.

No joke. All my hometown buddies are Sox fans. I tell them devers makes a great play once a series against the Yankees, he's a great fielder from what I've seen.
Have a few friends who are die hards that want to let Judge walk for the price tag he will command and then go after Devers.
