I don’t really get why the Yanks don’t go out and try to grab Alonso on a big 2-year deal or something.

You have the best player in baseball with maybe a year or two left on his prime. I get that they want to get in on Vlad next year but I think Alonso would do it for the right price. Especially to stick it to the Mets who he probably feels (right or wrong, not defending it) have dicked him.

So, we have lost cole(big surprise), Stanton, and Gil….. and they were just gonna roll with it? I mean, I do hope this finally pushes them toward learning to develope and use the young guys. But that a lot of loss to the rotation. Stanton, whatever. He was great last offseason, but how long did we have to wait for him to actually show up, and what were the chances he repeats that performance. I guess he will be back, so we will see.

    Happy opening day!

Well, I’ve been calling for the Yankees to start turning to the youth. Hopefully they bring some energy the nursing home players can’t.

Only by haters which are all my Red Sox fan friends.

The fact is there are players who weren't on the Yankees who had saw this bat last year and chose not to use it. Bellinger said he saw it with the Cubs last year.

I didn’t know they were already around. Yeah, Its not like the complainers can’t use them too. I saw the barstool guy throwing a tantrum over it.

Id be mad too if my team paid Devers 300 mil to play half a baseball game and Story 150 mil to play a third the amount Devers does.

loaisiga will be a low key big addition if he comes back healthy. Yanks bullpen is not great after Warren and Williams

So it looks like we’re not going 162-0.
