Glad Rodgers is staying. It makes other teams more desperate for a QB and once FA plays out, that number #10 pick for a QB might be quite tempting to trade for. Sent from my M2007J20CG using Tapatalk
Good day for the Packers and their fans. I always assumed it would end like this, but you never know in the NFL. This is the right move for Rodgers.
Do you have a link for Aaron Rodgers? I looked a bit and it looks like it's unconfirmed. I really don't want to see this guy anymore.

Exact numbers are unconfirmed. When I wrote that post I was just going off of what Schefter and Rap were reporting of 4 years 200 million. They need to get him "signed" before Wednesday to lower the cap hit for 2022. This is him saying the numbers are bogus.
Potential Mayfield landing spots: Lions, Saints, Seahawks. All 3 have unsettled QB situations and might want to add another QB to the competition. I don't think he brings the Browns a 1st round pick in a trade. I think they get a similar return to what the Jets got for Darnold last year - maybe a bit better because he's played much better than Darnold did since he was drafted.
I was so high on Baker Mayfield and Sam Darnold headed into the 2018 draft and now both will be off their original teams despite being the #1 and #3 overall picks. Crazy. Baker even more so, since he at least brought some success to his team.
