Most of us thought the Jets were an optimistic .500 team before the season began-- due to the inexperience and youth, and due to the preseason OL injuries and LB and safety positions. So none of this should surprise us. There's not a team in the NFL the Jets can't play with... and there's not a team in the NFL that the Jets can outclass either. Chicago has a good game plan going in-- early target of LBs and mitigation of pass rush with outs/ screens, quick crossers especially to backs and to the TE. The EZ TD catch was unfortunate; Reed had it played perfectly right up until it went through his hands and the WR pulled it in. Lot of FB to play so I'm not panicking, just hoping to see some better offense today.
