    They definitely won’t get over it now taking a lead into the 3rd.

    Panthers hold on and win the Cup. McDavid wins the Conn Smythe, much to the displeasure of the fans. A little odd, given he went scoreless in the two most important games of the playoffs (the last two). Barkov the first Finn to captain a Stanley Cup winner. Former Islander Kyle Okposo gets the Cup after 1051 regular season games.

    Katie Ledecky won her sixth Olympic gold medal today. It's too bad that she hasn't been able to convince her Uncle Jon that doing everything you can to win is a good thing. Sigh.

    Meh. Of course this is potentially disastrous, but I expect absolutely nothing good from this team until the idiot in charge is gone.

    Sadly, you are probably correct. As a matter of fact, I know you are. I wish he would retire already. He is in his early 80's and is a multi-millionaire. No reason to keep working.
