    From a soccer perspective it makes little sense, 'pre-season friendlies' are there to get players up to match fitness, but then I say this every pre-season lol

    But as Todd Bowles would say "next man up"...sigh

    Seriously like NC and others have said we need to stay clear of injuries from meaningless games

    OTOH Lawson may be a big loss but at least the Jets D is our strongest unit..how will Saleh compensate?

    From what I've been reading, that might be the best of all possible outcomes as the Jets aren't ready to face the 1st stringers of a 13-3 team just yet.
