Dave Caldwell and Mike Maccagnan we’re both hired in 2013 for their respective teams. All you have to do is look at their drafts and it will tell you why these teams are where they are. Caldwell has drafted OL in the early rounds as opposed to Mac who has not. Caldwell fired and inept HC in Gus Bradley and hired a proven guy in Marrone. We will see what jets do with Bowles after this year. The jags hired Tom Coughlin as President of operations, Jets....ummm, nothing. Not sure if jets will attract quality FO people or HCs.
Mac has to be held accountable for this crap. He needs to go along with Bowles. As bad as it looks I still think Sam learning on the job is for the best. He will have more experience when the new staff comes in next year.

Went to Wilmington University. That's where I got my masters after 25k a year at Drexel. They have a campus in dover which I detested driving too since I'm in South Jersey. When I'd have to go to campus down there I'd hit the parts of Southern DE and MD. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
