    With this OL it's no surprise. He has very little time to read the field and it's making his accuracy suffer too.

    I wouldn't say he looks like a joke.

    He looks like a deer being surrounded and taken down by a pack of wolves almost every single play he drops back to throw.

    A competent coaching staff would recognize this after a couple of series - this one can't recognize that after a half - and still refuses to increase protection for him.

    The kid isn't going to survive six weeks without getting injured with these formations and this O-Line.

    I replied to a guy slagging Robbie off and saying that who the fuck would throw it his way.

    If like you say it is on Bates, it is hardly Robbie's fault that Darnald doesn't see him open but that is a different argument really.

    Signs of life from Darnold and the rest of the offense at the end of the first half.

    Very encouraging.

    Much more aggressive, some great throws by Darnold I could almost see his confidence growing.

    IF that continues and IF this defense can make some stops in the second half I think the Jets can make a run in the second half.

    Darnold has no time or space to throw. Hard to fault him for anything in this game so far.

    The excuses are out of control, Darnold has more than what Sanchez and Geno had between 2012-2015 and they weren't this bad.

    Stop playing the blame game, if it's not the Oline, it's the Wide Recievers, if its not the Recievers, it's the play calling, ..... How about it's Sam Darnold? He missed two open throws where the line gave him time, the Recievers were open, and the play calling was good, he missed and it could have been a different game if he threw the fucking ball properly... .

    He had 4 bad throws on the drive before that alone. 3 of 4 throws, he had time too. The OLine is brutal but even when he gets time, he isn’t doing himself any favors with some inaccurate throws. I think he expects pressure so much though it’s in his head and he is rushing and overthrowing guys
