First play, Peat wasn't beaten. Second play, Orchard who is IMO, the best pass rusher in College Football beat him to the outside with an incredible quick first step. " Ragdoll"...I didn't see it. I was raving about Orchard weeks ago, not too many people realize how good of a player he is.
Yeah, I edited my post about the first play. That 2nd play though, IDK Orchard had a GREAT first step, and to me it appeared Peat he had the chance to counter it instead he falls to the ground - they matched up again this past weekend and Orchard had 3 more sacks. Is Peat overrated or is Orchard is just that good ... Tough to evaluate these OL. One week I like Peat more, then it's Scherff, then it's Ogbuehi.
That's being just a straight up bitch IMO. Turnstyle is the highest level of incompetency for offensive lineman. Peat got owned though on several occasions. Orchard they are saying is a 2nd round pick.

Well we can sit here and nitpick about my poor word choice, doesn't change the fact that the guy has given up a pretty decent numbers of sacks to him. He's not the prospect I thought he was. I am also more interested in the 2 versatile offensive lineman can that play multiple positions including LT.
Just due to strength of schedule. We'd be third otherwise. Hopefully the Bucs and Titans can win some games down the stretch. We dont want them taking away out options at Qb or elsewhere.
At least I can see us losing to Minnesota and Tennessee who have rookie QBs and new coaches with incentive to win. Us? Not so much.

Man Cooper would be a beast for the jets. I'm usually skeptical of Alabama guys but he is the real deal!
Let's pretend mock the first five picks in no order: Mariotta, Gregory, Williams, Cooper, Winston - what do we do? How good are these pass rushers like Ray, etc? I know it's hard to predict because we could be 4-3 or 3-4 and we don't know as of right now.
TB - Mariota Tenn - Winston Jax - Gregory Oak - Williams Skins - Scherff NYJ - Cooper Top two picks are self explanatory. Jax needs pass rush and Oak needs pass rush and a run stopper, the draft is so deep at receiver I think they'll pass on Cooper. Skins could take Ray, but I think they go OL because their line is atrocious. We take BPA, which is Cooper.
