What Jets fans should be concerned about is Austin Howard. I'm guessing that he either acquits himself well or get destroyed. That side of the line could mean everything in this game.
I don't get how any win in the NFL is a lose/lose situation. Seattle beat the Rams, Texans and Buccaneers a combined 11 points and 2 of those games went into overtime last year. Carolina lost to Buffalo in week 2 last year. New England beat Buffalo, Houston and Cleveland by a combined 6 points last year. There is no lose/lose situation in an NFL win.
Cant disagree with any points , im expecting us to win im just saying compared to what they've been doing they look like they finally have something to build off. Khalil mack is gonna be a top defensive player one day IMO. They have a good WR core also. But they aint fuckin with gang green.
It's like you're begging for someone to say Dolphins. I'll say it. At least one game this year, the Jets are going the blow the Fagphins out of the water. Bookmark that, my little turd.
Roger Goodell announced today expanding the playoffs to include all 32 teams. Richard Noggin, President of the Raider Nation, said that even with the expanded playoffs his team is at least 2 years away from competing for the last WC spot. First down - Carr hands off for a couple of yards, maybe even repeats on second. But on second, or at least third he'll need to pass and we'll feel the thunder as Mr. Carr gets his "Welcome to the NFL!"
It should be interesting. We know the line will keep pressure coming. I just hope that the secondary holds up for the 4-5 seconds it needs to. The one aspect of our defense that I really liked in the preseason was forcing fumbles. The defense needs to force more turnovers this year and rookie QBs are easy pickings. I'm looking for at least 2 forced fumbles on Carr.
They have Austin Howard playing right guard now. He's going to have a long day. Rookie QBs against Rex Ryan on their first try? http://www.ganggreennation.com/2014/9/1/6094487/rex-ryan-vs-rookie-quarterbacks Ain't pretty. I think we win 24-10.
