What do you want them to do? Throw tons of money at average players? You build through the draft and supplement with free agents. Not the other way around.

First off it's his cousin not his brother, and second DRC according to a chart someone posted gve up the second lowest completion percentage in the league. Aaron Ross would be an UPGRADE on the way Cromartie played last year for us. We will get someone.
Smh at drafting 2 corners in the first round within the last 4 years, yet corner is still a need. That should tell you something.
I like the Pettigrew signing. He gives us a versatile player that is excellent at blocking and can run good routes and is threat in the passing game. Kinda like what Chris Baker was for us back in the day. Now we need to draft a receiver in round 1 and I'd say we did well in the offseason.
Just read a report that the Jets wont match the offer made to Cro by Arizona. What is the plan for CB? or FS/SS? giving wilson the reigns n Walls as the slot guy? or Visa Versa? Going with AA and Landry again? Maybe we can call Justin Miller to be our #2 CB? I know its not wise to go into FA and overspend on guys, that doesn't mean we should not fill glaring holes tho. I'm not understanding the logic that Idzik is showing here. You have to give a guy a little more than hes worth sometimes when you have so many holes and over 40M in cap space. We should have signed AT LEAST one of the top CBs or Safetys if we were gonna let Cro walk. Our secondary was not very good last year giving up huge chunk plays every game and all we did was get worse letting our best corner go. This smells of another first round CB to me.
