Same thing Witten did on camera last night. I'm thinking that the NFL is going to protect the no huddle by extending the length of time an injured player has to stay off the field from 1 play to 5. That will at least force teams to put a really bad player on the field of they want to fake it.
I don't know how well this system will play in the long run but it's frenetic. But at the NFL offenses running plays this frenetically will add more injuries over time and wear down a roster with nagging injuries over time. But the real test is as it becomes more exposed on the pro level I think NFL defenses will find the chinks and exploit it. I know when they moved the tackles outside I'd just have my normal defense in you've got one Dlinemen or LB with a free shot to the QB with no blocker, the tackles can't do anything on a pass play while the balls in the air or it's illegal man downfield or pass interference on the offense as long as the corner keeps himself between the receiver and the QB the tackle can't do squat. but so far in the initial outing the Eagles offense is just killing the Redskins
What is Tirico talking about? Obviously Washington WANTS a runoff They aren't going to score, they want to avoid punting
Nice first half. Eagles offense looks fast. I wonder if Jets will ever have a fast offense like this.
Anyone else watching the Sunday Sountracks right now? Great reaction shot of Wilk and Garrett on the sideline not watching the FG and then celebrating
