I think the Phins took a TE early last year but he sucks and I don't think Fasano is anything great. It's a position that could be upgraded. I think there was another area I could go but it's a deeper position with the way some guys fell. I was thinking of WR but I think Rogers has some baggage so I'd pass this early and none of the other WR's stood out to warrant being drafted that high. Had some of those other guys fell I might have gone WR over Ertz.

I like Phillip Thomas a lot, with the Jets hiring his coach from Fresno (Tim McDonald) I'm hoping we'll take a look at him. He might be too high on the board for us to warrant a 2nd on him but if he is there in the 3rd when we pick I really hope we consider him.

No need to assign a GM to Carolina, they have no 3rd Round Pick.

Another steal for the Giants. Doesn't get any better than taking another Notre Dame player with great value in front of BakerMaker.

I'm hoping we can get the Phins before I leave work... I've got about twenty minutes. If not I'll PM WW85 wth their pick.

If the 'Skins wind up with Poyer that late in the 2nd, they basically get 1st round talent even after giving their 1st rounder up for RGIII! Poyer is underrated!

    Suprised he lasted.

I had a feeling you were trolling me LOL

Thats a good pick though....I was torn between Eifert and Thomas so you made this much easier for me. I am the Irish homer not you :/ Good pick though.

Bears need lineman period and what better than someone who plays g/t. Cutler will be begging for this.

I noticed NYG and CHI have almost identical needs.....shame CHI won their meaningless wk 17 gm.

With no 3rd round pick, CHI needed that lineman.
