Nobody talked about the Portland/Dallas game?? Portland was down 30 points, came back to take a lead, then blew the game.
yeah I watched the second half of that one http://forums.theganggreen.com/threads/this-is-my-tgg-epitaph.79089/ I wonder if the NBA will fix it again to ensure the Spurs don't win.
Of course the NBA will fix it. It's why all the small market teams are having success and the big market teams have injuries and poor records. All part of the major plan
The gap between the Heat and the other viable contenders is very small, the Heat to me are in the same exact position the 2010-2011 Lakers were in. Trying to get to a 4th finals,
Its small but they also have 2 wild cards on their team that could play a major role in a championship push(Michael Beasley and Greg Odin). The one major weakness the Heat have always had since the big 3 has been the Center position and consistent scoring off the bench.
Yes i can't stand that franchise, but I honestly don't think they will win it this year. Too many good teams that are getting really hot right at the right time. The previous two years the Heat were clearly the best team. That is not the case this year.
True and the Heat should not have even won last year, i'll be quite impressed if they can manage to 3-peat. I think it would validate everything, I think the first two years they had the benefit of being ahead of the rest of the league because they came together the way they did but I dont view Wade the same way I did in 2011, I dont think the supporting cast is as good as it was, Allen has shown his age. The team is relying more and more on Lebron, if he could successfully win it this year it would really put a stamp on everything and really erase that lost to the Mavericks, which still haunts them like it or not, and always will because it should have been another title.
Agree here. My wish? They don't reach the finals, LeBron leaves Miami, Wade retires, the Heat go back to being a meaningless franchise lol
Riley has a ton of decisions he's going to have to make. It seriously would not shock me if Wade stays in Miami for extremely less, like 6 million a year which would allow the Heat to possibly add Carmelo on top of the guys they have.
I think that's what he meant. Carmelo and LeBron are two players that could never be on the same side of the ball.

I don't think they'd mesh well but if LeBron decided to come to NY, then hell yes, but not the other way around lol
