Too funny. Last we he declared "I will appeal ANY attempt to suspend me". He's not appealing. Apparently it cut 10-15 games off the suspension. _
If he appealed more dirt probably comes out. This way he wants to put it behind him and get into gear. This is a issue for MLBPA because even though this can be considered a win-win for both parties, this could be a precedent for other players to not fight back and MLBPA dont like that
