Let's be honest -- the only chance they have to even compete is if they decide to learn how to tackle and run the football for more than 2.5 yards per carry.

Offense has to be the best defense...I just don't see that happening when the Texans can put everyone in the box against the non receivers on the Jets. Maybe Keller plays and it helps.

Texan's and jets both go 3 and out the entire first half...
The difference the jets go 3 and put, the Texans go 3 and score.

(I'm to the point of pure sarcasm at this point.)

We will be lucky to be in this game imo. These two teams have gone opposite directions since their 2010 meeting.

you guys act like we will just lay down against the Texans. They've only won 4 games against an easy schedule. We beat them the last couple of times we played them remember?

It's not like the Texans will use the wildcat, which was a problem today.

We always play better with our backs against the wall, and the media hating on us.

Every week an heavy underdog beats the favorite in this league, next week it could be us. It's not like Sanchez had bad games before, this guy led us to 2 Championship games.

He will beat the texans, he always does

They have had a relatively easy schedule but they still are not a pushover. They are a better team than us, no questions asked, but you are right: it's possible but it's not likely at all.

We could not put up a single point today. This has to be rock bottom for NFL offense. I can't remember this ever happening to any Jets offense?

    9-0 to GB.
    45-3 to NE.
    10-6 MIA.
    10-9 to BAL.

All in one season, 2010-2011, our best season under Rex weirdly enough.

The Jets better get Plaxico Burress back in here like they should have done in July!

This offense can't do one damn thing right, and we need all the help we can get right now.

I completely forgot 9-0 to GB. I thought we had at least a fg in that game, it was a windy day. I remember the two phatom interceptions that killed us. The GB game does not sting nearly as bad as this one today.

Rex, has a graveyard of footballs to bury for Sanchez & Co. Sub out mangold and Kerley and just toss a grenade in the huddle.

    All I have to say:
total offense. Jets #23 Texans #8
Pass Offense Jets #20 Texans #18
Run Offense Jets #17 Texans #6
Points scored Jets #11 Texans #5
Total defense Jets #21 Texans #2
Pass Defense Jets #11 Texans #4
Run Defense Jets #27 Texans #5
Points Allowed Jets #17 Texans #3

Nothing about this game even gives a smoke of a chance...still upsets happen, but to say it's a long shot would be a long shot.

Stop trying to bring in Plaxico. He was god awful last season and there was a reason even Mike the Moron didn't want to bring him back.

Not like it's worked out since our red zone offense was terrific last year - in part because of Plax - and terrible this year.

Screw that, throw Kerley in that huddle, and sub out Mangold and Moore, then proceed with the destruction.

I do see McKnight taking one deep in a kick return, Graham is a iffy kicker as far as touchbacks go. That MIGHT be it though for TDs, we will get stuffed by their red zone D and maybe get 1 or 2 FGs

    Texans: 28
    Jets: 13
