If we somehow ended up signing Braylon after all this I'd be about as excited as I've ever been for an NFL season.

Fuck the Bengals, they always seem to pick up and draft players meant to play the 34.

lawson def has pass rushing talent. oh well. what's the deal with derrick harvey (former 8th pick for the jags) i remember @ Florida he was a sack machine. really could get at the QB. I know he's a free agent I just haven't followed his pro career much.

When I heard the news, my first reaction was "Huh?" Then I remembered hearing something about Mike Zimmer increasing the 3-4 looks from his defense this year. This helps.

And he'll be playing SLB in Cincinnati. My point was he's not a good pass rusher.

I've got a lot of respect for Mike Zimmer. I never have a problem when defensive players decide to play in Cincinnati.

    Zimmer's a class act.

    Manny Lawson isn't a 4-3 linebacker.

He's an end in the 4-3 and an OLB in the 3-4.

I doubt many people paid much attention to NC State when Mario Williams was there, but Manny Lawson was a very impressive player on that defense.

He's a hybrid type player. In Cincy, he'll more than likely play some end and then some 34 OLB in pass rushing situations.

    Good signing for the Bengals.

I'm pretty sure he'll be the starting strong-side linebacker in Cincinnati.

After watching Plex's interview, I kinda got choked up. It was real. Reminds me a little of the Ray Lewis saga and who really looked after him. The Raven won the SB by the way! I know now that the FO reached out to him in 09. We reached out to Cro and helped him. Woody and Tan are by far the best in the business. Rex is bad ass period. We have, no doubt the "BEST" organisation in the NFL. We take care of our players. Hey, love to have Braylon but time to move on. Plex will by far be one of our most significant signing on offense as a free agent. Imagine Holmes and Plex.....Hats off to Mike again, boy you are a magician!

His name is in the NFL encyclopedia right next to Gholston's in the bust section.

I can imagine that someone could be responsible for marring the face of his phone with huge, obnoxiously decorated press on nails and some obnoxiously large hand jewelry.
