The blizzard was to their benefit, though. That much snow usually favors the offense. The Bears could not generate a pass rush in those conditions. It would have been a much closer game without the snow, but I still think NE would have won. I made my NE -3 pick on Thursday and did so without any expectations of snow. I was actually so incensed with the Jets game today I forgot there was a night game. True story. If you had posted by yourself I would have remembered. Fuck you. Lose/lose proposition for you.
I watched the whole thing, but was busy posting in Jets threads. I had Kitna, Vick, and Witten (two QB league) starting in my fantasy playoff game against Hiker. The second Witten TD was helpful, but it also caused the Eagles to not cover the spread. I took the Eagles to cover and have dropped to 10-4 ATS for the week thus far.
it shouldn't have been a penalty, though. Jackson is pretty stupid, though. They showed a few of his past celebrations, but they missed so many notable ones. Sometimes he turns around and taunts the defense while jogging backward into the endzone. This time he chose to fall backward in. My favorite moment of the game was when Calvin jogged back and forth in the endzone, thinking he'd take a few seconds off the clock, when the clock wasn't even going.
