    Was he traded or did the Jets decide to not re-sign him. I thought Pitt signed him as a free agent, could be wrong though...

    Maybe if the Packers WRs fumble while running wild in the secondary the next 3 drives or so the Falcons will have a shot at getting back in the game.

    He wasn't.

    Jets didn't re-sign him after his rookie deal expired.

    The question is why was he DRAFTED.....Parcells screwed up the salary-cap and traded down.

    No, you're right. I liked Farrior when he was here, but he wasn't that productive until his last season here. They let him walk anyway.

    Parcells screwed up the salary-cap prior to the 97 season? Pace would have been a fantastic pick, obviously. Parcells felt it was better to recoup the picks he lost by coming to the Jets somehow. FTR, Leon Johnson and Jason Ferguson were great late round picks.

    What does this even mean? This was Parcells' first draft. He had nothing to do with the cap at that point.

    He tried to FIX some of the cap problems he inherited. He certainly didn't make most of the problems, even with his FA signings before the draft.

    Rodgers is 27/31 passing. That's fuckin' ridiculous. 87%. He's essentially humping the Falcon's dead carcass.
