I know Steeler fans love hair boy, but from a football standpoint he is a very undisciplined player. He flails around out there swinging his arms and jumping around... of course he's going to hit something every now and then. Instead of tackling, he tries to make the showy play and usually throws a shoulder at people wich is why you saw him missing tackles today. The Rice TD was a perfect example.
Troy is like Ben on defense....he misses some easy stuff but then he makes plays which change the game. He didn't make one today, but others stepped up in his place.
They played the Patriots last year in the Wild Card. In before 15 Patriots trolls come into this thread
sad day for Ravens fans, really feal bad for them. Quarterback is everything in this league, doesn't matter how talented the rest of your team is, your QB can do you in every time. Sad to see a very good Pittsburgh team, defeat a great Ravens team
Over at patsfans their already celebrating the Steelers win, they think they'll kill the Steelers next week.
Not by himself but his overthrow of Heap right after the Steelers got it within 7 again was a crusher. The whole Ravens team can hang their heads in shame except maybe Terrell Suggs.
I don't blame them. Should the Pates beat the Jets I believe they'd get to the Super Bowl. I have no faith in Pittsburgh beating NE. I mean none whatsoever.
Agreed....even if the game was in Pitt I don't think they win. Only thing that helps Pitt is maybe nobody expects them to win. That said, they'll be heavy favorites against the Jets so it means they're gonna LOSE !!!!! LOL !!!
what the hell made this Ravens team great? this was a good Ravens team; nothing more. I don't know how any reasonable person could feel bad for Ravens fans. that's like feeling bad for Patriot fans.
Nice job by Ray Lewis throwing the entire offense under the bus. Yes, of course, they were the main reason the team lost, but is that what a "great leader" does?
The Ravens D "Could" have kept the Steelers from scoring Touchdowns off the turnovers....but they didn't. So Ray Lewis blaming it all on the offense is kind of funny. That was a total team collapse by Baltimore.
Can't really read much into what players say immediately following a loss. At the same time, the defense wasn't very good today for them at all. Yeah the Steelers had some short fields but at the end of the day the Ravens gave up 31 points.
