Hardy's gonna play. I don't know man. Gonna be tough to run. Secondary is where your best bet is if your line can keep them back for long enough..how's your QB this year?
We have Eric Norwood, who is our version of Hardy. I think he's a little better and more versatile too...Hardy's a beast though. Stephen Garcia is improving each game...his stats don't show it, but he's had 4 TDs called back because of penalties. Watch out for WR Tori Gurley - he's been tearing it up lately. If RB Brian Maddox can get tough yards and wear the defense down towards the of the game, Bryce Sherman and Jarvis Giles could break off a couple big runs which could be the difference. SC's defense is capable of stopping Nutt's offense, but only if the offense can give them a break every now and then. ...hoping for a close game at least.
Lol it'll be definitely close if McCluster is fielding our punts. I wish it was as easy as saying someone put butter on the ball last week, but he just couldn't catch it. Hoping its not a trend, but if it is, kick returns will cost us more games than Snead being inaccurate.
Despite the Gamecock offense deciding to just run the clock out with 4 minutes left in the 3rd, they win anyway. Ole Miss was dominated,, and it shouldn't have even been that close. Nearly 3 times as much yardage in the 1st half and only leading by 3, good lord.
Woooooooohoooooo! Fuck Ole Miss...overrated! People asked why I didn't include Jevan Snead on my top prospect list...that's why!
I had Snead as a borderline late first rounder in my under construction Mock draft... say goodbye to even that Jevan. He's had a couple of nice games, but he just isn't a top notch player.
Yeah I just don't see it in Snead either. Way too inconsistent and needs to line up his receivers for way too long. A little too mechanical in his delivery and not accurate enough.
My god Michigan somehow got that call. Wow that might have been the worst call of the year and IU got robbed big time on that drive.
Michigan State's woes continue as they fall to Wisconsin. Garrett Graham, an NJ product, has 3 TD catches for the BAdgers.
eh Im not so sure about that one, is South Carolina better than Mississippi state? yes. But ultimately LSU got it done in the end and Ole Miss did not, frankly if Garry Crowton calls a better game than he did we probably win by even more. Also keep in mind one of those TD drives for MS, started at our one yard line after a bad snap that on top of the fact that they had 4 turnovers, I think our D did a much better job than it will get credit for
