    Not completely correct

    While the Ball is in the air, making contact w/ the receiver is Pass Interference unless the Ball is not catchable or the defender doesn't allow the receiver to get to the ball.

    That's the rule.

    In both cases the ball was not catchable which negates PI.
    In both Cases Bubblehead overthrew the receiver.

    If it's not catchable, then it's not illegal contact either.

    Illegal contact is the same no matter whether catchable or not.

    Contact while the ball is in the air (if catchable)
    or after 5 yds....
