I was always spoiled b/c I had lower row AND cover. No way this stadium offers that to anyone, NO MATTER HOW MUCH MONEY YOU PAY.
You need to go on this cruise and not talk football at all. In fact, avoid the news stands and magazine shops. Do not watch any sports channels. I want you to avoid the color green even. No green staterooms or curtains. No green leafy vegetables on the buffet. If you're looking at the horizon and an island appears with green vegetation, go back in your stateroom. And no looking at Jet airlplanes.
Thank god I didn't purchase a cock a mammy psl......these guys are a joke  I am saddened today after this press conference:sad:
Woody said in Q&A....Talk to the Legal department if jets would take psl defaulters to court....HAHAHAHAHAH
your speaking french when talking about resell here kid. most of us posting either attend the games are pass off to friends and family for face or free.
on the mike lupica show right now, callers are saying just dont show up. i love this logic. u have people who have already paid for psl's or season tickets and your NOT suppose to go? thats when u go and show your displeasure....
So I justed called....guy said if I do not pay season tickets we will be sent to legal department for defaulting on PSL. I asked if I could speak with the Legal department or email them, he said "NO"....I dont think there is one. I think it is a manager.
Er I think there is a major difference between a jetliner & a cruise liner right? BTW when I do fly SWA is my choice so no chance of being on that Jet Blue jetliner
I'm sure they have a legal department... of course they do. Whether they want to pursue defaults and suffer the PR hits is another thing. Their strategy has to be to threaten to pursue it, but realistically I don't think they will. There's only one way to find out thought.
I have been saying this since before the 2012 season began Actually a public protest in front of Woody pad would due the trick so long as the media was alerted way in advance
There is a legal department, and you can write to them at any time. Of course, you don't want to send them anything in writing because they will use it against you in court. Whether or not they take you to court will depend on how much you owe. If it's under $5k they'll probably sell it to a debt collector for $500 and some piece of shit knatfly will be calling you at work and during dinner for the next 3 years. If it's more money they'll probably serve you a complaint and you'll have to show up at court to defend yourself and depending how seriously you take it will offer you some sort of settlement for about 75% of the debt that you can easily negotiate down to 25%. If it goes to trial you will lose, and unless you are in personal bankruptcy or willingly pay up, they'll send the court decision to the Marshall who will either seize your bank account or show up at your house
Yes and this is always a possibility. If Woody only has about 1500 of these or so, it probably pays to pursue. And as you say, the dollar amount will determine it also. Now the PR hit... well... actually, what's a guy going to do? Get on Channel 5 news and complain to a reporter that he's being harrassed by the Jets legal department? The reporter will then ask, "Well, why?" "Becasue I defaulted on my PSL payment." Well, who is going to sympathize with that? Most people will think you're an asshole. And maybe the legal department wants this kind of showdown, so that all the other defaulters know they're playing hardball and not fucking around. I have zero sympathy for PSLers who want out. They drank Rex Ryan's green coolaid and now his chocolate eclairs have turned to turds.
It's pretty embarrassing that Woody even has to field such questions though... "Will you legally pursue your PSL ticketholders that are walking away from their PSLs?" "I don't know, you'll have to ask the legal department." I mean, come on, that's some embarrassing shit. Then a reporter asks him, "What do you tell your fans about the product you're putting on the field" and he gives some flimsy excuse, "Well, my own family had to put up with it." I mean, what the hell kind of answer is that?
Just pathetic... Now the radio is broadcasting highlights of the PC where Rex Ryan is saying: "I'll tell ya... we're gonna be a dangerous football team. I mean... ya know... I'm not gonna tell ya wins and losses and all that stuff, but you're not gonna wanna play the NY Jets." well, I mean, come on man. Are you fucking serious? Here we go again... almost the same as "We're gonna kick their asses." And just how does Rex and Woody intend to be "a dangerous football team that nobody wants to play?" With the personnel we have? The QB we have? It's ridiculous. What are you intending to do, bring in Peyton Manning, Anquan Boldin and a dozen pro bowlers after the season ends? Woody's so freaking desperate again he propped him up there and told him, "Say anything, just pump it up for next year again. I'm losing fucking ticketholders by the hundreds every day."
I'll tell you this. They will have no choice but to lower our prices. If you can get a PSL for under $1k in a lot of locations with a $125 ticket price how can you talk someone into keeping their non PSL upper deck tickets?
