Sitting too close to the aisle in UD row 1 could definitely force you to look thru plexiglass at an angle..depending on the section.
Pretty sure there is plexiglass at the bottom of the steps but railings where the seats are.
That was just a talking point for the sales people so they could pressure people out of the Upper Deck and down into commission-yielding PSL...
When did they offer you these seats ??
