Just saw this post by the famous DJ Rob Swift about our beloved Jets. http://www.djrobswift.com/2012/09/30/concerned-jets-fan/ I got to say I mostly agree with him.
My thoughts are that the Jets have overloaded on talent on the defensive side of the ball at the expense of the offense. If Rex's defense works then we're at the point that that blog suggests. If Rex's defense doesn't work then we're at a whole different place. The Jets have allowed 691 yards rushing in 4 games now. They have recovered one fumble by the opponent in 141 rushes. If those numbers continue Rex Ryan is going to get fired on the merits because the one thing he clearly brings to the table will have failed abysmally.
