He should be fired. How many games did we score no touchdowns this year? How many games did we even try to establish the run? How many times did we try empty backfield on 3rd down and fail? I don't care he didn't have good QB play every game, other coordinators are also handed shit but still manage to score touchdowns. He can design a fancy play, but the team can't run them and he calls a terrible game.
He’s terrible. Awful feel for the game, terrible playcaller. Stop hiring people because their family members were good at some point.
I can't give him higher than a C because he has to have some responsibility in developing our QBs. But I really don't think this was his fault.

At the end of the day this is true and unfortunate. He should be fired and probably would be if it were a different HC.
I had spent the better part of this season defending him. That ended sometime within the past couple of weeks. He's shown no improvement from Year 1 to Year 2. No feel for the game, terrible play calling, abandons the run at the first sign of trouble. Not sure what to give him because he's well below the others that I've given F grades to.
Total failure. Alienated players. Offense disappeared several games. No run game. No blocking. Bye bye
This is what drives me nuts about him. Get on the shit qb play all you want, when you stop running the ball altogether it makes the qb’s job that much more difficult. I thought this offense was supposed to be about short gains and keeping the chains moving. He doesn’t do that at all.
Everyone who wants him fired, please say who you want to replace him with, and then justify why that candidate will accept the Jets job while keeping a straight face.
