Hell no...look up locker room cancer in the dictionary, and you'll see Jeremy ShockME's picture under it. He was detrimental to a Giants team and developing QB, something we are dealing with right now. His absence at the end of the year and the Giants SB run proves that. Definitely not a Mangini guy.
I would, but then again, I wanted us to make a move for shockey earlier after the superbowl when the rumors swirled, and nobody else wanted him. But if Baker is on his way out, shockey would be a good guy to bring in, if it's only for a 4th, it would work out well.
Why not... more potential then Baker... and he'd be playing with another UM TE in bubba who could show him how to do things the right way...
I wouldn't trade a laundry bag filled with used socks for Shockey. T.O. and Ocho-Cinco call Shockey when they run out of things to say to the media.
I might if I could pay Shockey per game played rather than a salary for the season. That way he would cost virtually nothing cause that cornhole cowboy can't stay on the field ever!
I mean, seriously. If you're a "seasoned vet" with 6 years of experience in the league, but STILL haven't played a full season without injury, you're f*ckin' garbage. The Jets remain a fairly young team, and carcinogenic scum like Shockey should stay away.
i cant stand shockey, never have never will like him. he is right up there with jason taylor for guys that i dislike the most. i would be seriously annoyed with having him on the team. besides the fact that i dont think he brings anything of much value other than a knack for talking too much and freaking out like lyle alzado when he makes a play, any play, not a big play just a play in general.
I don't think his hands are half as good as Baker's. A big-headed cancer with bad hands isn't worth a draft pick to me.
Heeeellllll No. he is a canacer. There is a very good reason why Manning started playing much better after Shockey went down. Pass big time.
