According to the draft pick value chart its a fair trade. Question is, would you do it???

I voted for yes as long as the FO had a good reason why they didn't want to draft a QB.

Hell yeah, I'd love to be in their position...

Imagine having the 15th, 22nd, and 29th picks

We'd pretty much be a lock for Defensive Rookie Of The Year being on our team...

That'd be the perfect situation, and I'd take it in a heartbeat. Since I'm not as high on the top 3 QBs like everyone else, I wouldn't be too disappointed coming out of the first round without selecting a QB. Besides, Brodie Croyle in the 2nd or maybe 3rd round doesn't seem too bad either.

lmao. I agree with you a 100%. My heart was aching all season and we have the 4th overall pick to show for it. Were gonna end up with a really elite player at the 4 spot.

In many other drafts, sure, but not in this one. There are some bonafide blue chip studs that will be available at #4.

The only way Denver would want to move up, IMO, to #4, is to draft Cutler. It's still way too early for teams to make a decision to trade picks at the top of the draft. IMO, the Jets should wait and see if if Leinart or Mario Williams falls to them at #4, if they are gone, trade the #4 while we are on the Clock. I don't like the idea of trading the pick before the draft, it gives the Jet's more leverage on Draft Day and we can wait and see if our player(s) falls to us.

My "ideal" Picks with the Denver trade:

    15) Deangelo Williams
    22) Manny Lawson
    29) Nick Mangold

Other considerations if one or more of the above players are gone:

    Marcus McNeill
    Bobby Carpenter
    K. Wimbley
    Antoine Cromarte
    Laurence Maroney

Wow. Looks like we're split right down the middle so far.

13 yes 13 no at this point.

I'm torn. My initial reaction was "No we need to grab a stud with that 4th overall". But this draft is so deep I'm actually starting to think this would be a good move for us.

Either way, I doubt it happens.

Absolutely, best trade we could ever make. 3 first round picks and DeAngelo at #15.

I voted no not because I'm not willing to trade down with Denver but because the Jets would not be getting enough in return.

Denver would have to sweeten the pot a bit throw in a extra third or fourth round pick.

I vote yes, but I don't see Denver making this deal.

I voted no although I would not jump on the FO if they did it. It's just that this league is so dependant on your QB and I am sold on Leinart if we can get him.

In a heatbeat...but I would wait also to draft day and see who might slide to us at 4 first. #28 Martin I love those "Medicore" picks....HA!! Nice typo. I am sure you and PennyandtheJets both have man-love for Leinart! NOT GONNA HAPPEN!

Seems like a bit more people are leaning towards yes than no

So the question becomes...would Denver do it?
