Here's the reminder that as bad as things are as Jets fans, we could be Jags fans! Most people on this board (myself included) wanted Trevor and assumed that Meyer was real possibility if we had the first pick in 2021. Our hopes were kept alive by the "Cover Zero" call that would surely save the franchise, only to be dashed by the incompetence of Jared Goff. As we stand right now, I think we may be better off...definitely in the short term, and maybe even long term with our guys. Urban may survive this in Jacksonville, and may even last into next season, but if he were in NY, and pulled this? He'd have to go, and go quickly.
Meyer is destined to crash and burn (umm excuse me, have another "health condition") whether the other nights incident occurred or not.... so I NEVER wanted him anywhere near the JETS, Trevor Lawrence on the other hand....
I wanted Trevor Lawrence and before that Mike McCarthy as the Coach Who knows how all this plays out...but have to say Zach Wilson has rookie of the year talent and if they keep him rolling out and getting him the right plays the Kid could be awesome
I feel bad for Trevor because honestly I’m sure many who know Urban feel like he won’t last moreso due to how he is, and him trying to be an NFL coach. He likely may go to his second offensive system by next year at this rate, there’s already dissention in the locker room before the incident this weekend. So yeah he may not last the next few weeks!

We won one game against an injury depleted Titans team. It is way to early to declare victory. Trevor and or Urban could end up being awesome. Let's just see how this one plays out before we go getting cocky.
This is actually a good question and it depends how much you value Zach Wilson and Trevor Lawrence. I know I would rather have Robert Saleh than Urban Meyer. I thought he would be a disaster in the NFL, and he is not doing much to change my original thoughts. However, you can assume Meyer won't be there too long, so you can still have a solid roster with Trevor Lawrence and the ability to hire a better Head Coach in 2022. I'll stick with Wilson and the Jets, but it is truly a toss up.

After seeing the 'lap dance' clip are people really offended by that? Man sitting at bar some floozy gyrates a little in front of him, man gets cheap thrill for 10 seconds, everybody goes about there business. But instead you get the man saying be should have got up and walked away. Chances are if he did get up, it would have looked like he was trying to gyrate back with her lol
