ive seen ppl write that we shouldnt take dbrickashaw bc we have a LT in Ajones. well what about the fact that mario is a LE and we have ellis. would he play RE for us? he is bigger than ellis, and also faster, so would ellis be the one that moves to the right side? usually teams do best when they have a power rusher on the left, and a speed rusher on the right. considering mario is fast as well as big, where would he play?

I would think he would play at the RE spot. Ellis has been a fixture at the LE since he's been here.

Likely RE because LE belongs to Ellis.

It really doesn't matter, all our of DE's will be rotating in and out during the course of a game. Shaun Ellis could not have played any worse last year. He got his big contract and then spent the offseason at cozumel's eating taco's. I didn't see him beat one right tackle all year. If we draft Mario Williams his first year he will probably not be used on every down. I think they would create packages for him on passing downs to put in a situation where he's difficult to block.
