Why dont the texans sign Garrard?

    He has a back injury, or had back surgery, something of the sort. It was probably the reason why he ended up being released.

    Hes taking this year off. He has a herniated disc and will be back next year.

    Correct he's not an option for any team he said a while back he wouldn't be playing any football this season
