McNeil because that's who I'm hoping for. I'm very skeptical it will happen but he is definitely my 1st wish.

it is so unpredictable who the jets will select in the 1st round. It would be nice to have McNeil but he is going to want a lot of money. I think Ashworth has a slight lead but anything can happen

I voted "other". Ashworth might be too much cash for us and who knows if McNeil is the BPA at the point we are picking.(Will he still be there at 35?) I have no clue who we are getting? If it was a FA my guess is Hopkins. But for draft throw a dart at 3 names, its still a month and a half from now. Things will still change with pro days.

I voted other because i think if D Brick is there at #4 we will draft him and than move Jones to RT. I know everyone said that he can't play right tackle but i read somewhere that said he will try to enter camp next year at 310, which is a fine size for a RT. With the extra weight i fell he will be able to anchor against the bull rush and he will still have his speed and mobility which will just cause mismatches.

It was posted on another fan site www.footballsfuture.com in the Jets section, it was a while ago so good luck finding it.

The difference between left and right tackles is at left you deal with more speed rushers and at right you deal with more bull rushes. I noticed at left tackle most of the sacks he gave up were do to bull rushes so he needs to add that bulk either way. Again i fell with the extra weight and strength he will make a fine right tackle.

you guys and your damn same avatar/similar name..thought u were just talking to yourself...
but anyways..i voted other hoping we draft dbrick and move jones to RT

  11. If we get the # 15 from Atlanta...It'll be either McNeill or Scott. If we don't..we could be looking at either Winston or Whitworth.

I voted for McNeill because thats who I want to draft with our 2nd pick, woudl I love him to fall to us, him, Gilles and Drew are my must have guys, with the first pick Hawk would be my choice

I thought the same thing. I was like i didn't write that.

Yea D Brick would be our best pick, and if we can get Atlant's pick let DeAnglo take over for Martin

That draft would be sick but no way McNeil makes it passed Tampa Bay. He's huge, strong, and still real fast. He isn't making it into the second and if some how he did the Texans will take him

Justice would be the only good pick at 15 (unless of course D'Brick falls), Winston, Whitworth, Scott, McNeill would all be major reaches and at least one of those guys could be had round 2. If we were going to waste the 15th on an average offensive lineman, we might as well take D'Brick at 4 and a much better value at 15.

If we got 15, I want:

    4) Vernon Davis
    15) DeAngelo Williams
    35) One of the tackles you mentioned above
    rd. 3) Eslinger

  17. Justice will go in the 8-15 range.

    McNeill will go 15- 25

Scott will go 20- 2nd round.

The only one thatd be a reach would be Scott and I find him to be vastly underrated.

If the deal for Abe goes through and we get a first rounder from Atlanta or Seattle the Jets could improve the line by leaps if they could get D Brick and 4 and then Max Jean-Giles with the second first. I'm not sure where Giles is expexted to go, but he is a stud and gonna be a great pro.

Ryan O'Callaghan. You should've given more options.
