The last three weeks have shown something big is missing. When the game gets tough we have no leadership on field. On both sides of the ball. Where is the guy in the huddle that leads and lights a fire under the troops. Sometimes a leader has to take control, maybe yell a little, and get people focused. This year its basically nobody. When we fall behind we stand around and wait quitely for the next play. On a big third and long - on either side of the ball - there is nobody lighting fires and taking charge. The only time we show any emotion is when we are winning or scoring. This goes beyond coaching. We need on field leaders to step up and fire our guys up when the going gets tough. Hopefully someone will step up and fill this role.
Vilma and Chad were on the field last season when the team was a pile of garbage...their leadership sure did wonders for us there. what a dumb thread.
 still laughing over here...what a tool. anyways, back to topic...apparently, Ouchy thinks the team has no leadership....maybe we can draft some "leadership" in the April draft.
Is taking games out of the equation and manipulating stats to suit your argument your definition of 'discussing football theory'?
